I have used the cake mix extender on both chocolate and white box cakes. I noticed that the white tastes exactly the same and is super moist, but even though the chocolate is still moist, it doesn't taste that great. It doesn't taste bad, it just seems like it takes away a lot of the chocolate flavor. Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any suggestions?
