I am ready to make the chocolate sugar cookie recipe (posted by jilliankinsel) and it states 4 tbs cocoa- Is it unsweetened cocoa?

Yeah, Wendy, it would be unsweetened cocoa powder. I use Hershey's or Nestle's, whatever you have where you live. HTH!

Thanks so much. I made up a batch and it is chilling, but it seems very sticky and doesn't use very much flour compared to my other sugar cookie recipie.

We'll see how they turn out.
