have anyone heard of a lady name Lourdes Reyes Rosas from mexico she was here for the cake show some months ago in chicago she was showing some of her creations of gelatins she teahes a technique using syringes to make a flowers and other shapes inside clear gelatin

I emailed her, I love her work! I will be in Mexico next week so I will be looking for the magazines where she shows her work. Hopefully I find them..
