Does anyone have a recipe for a gluten-free white cake that could be used for a wedding cake? I have the yellow cake from this website, but would like some other options to offer besides that and chocolate. Thanks for your help!

Do a search using gluten and allergy as keywords. There have 2-3 threads very recently about this topic and precautions (and there are many). Good luck!
