Does anyone have a filling that is the flavor of "cheesecake"
A client wants this for her wedding cake.
She had it once before and said that it was rich and thicker than pudding but not as dense as a cheesecake itself.
Any help??
Thanks in advance,Anne

I've made this before.....you take a small box (4 serving size) of Jello instant cheesecake flavor pudding and mix it with 1 pint of heavy whipping cream. Beat several minutes until thick. Works well with other flavors of pudding mix as well!

I use this all the time too, but if it is gonna be a hot day I would use a whip cream stabelizer...so the haevy whipped cream will not desolve/ melt/ slide

What do you use for a whipped cream stabilizer?

I never thought about just using the pudding mix, that's a good idea. But I have used the no bake cheese cake mix before and that did well. That would also eliminate the need to use the heavy cream. And it takes fruit mix-ins well also. If it's not going to be warm, you could also just do cream cheese and whipped cream. Just cream the cream cheese in your mixer and add in the whipped cream and a little sugar.
