I have used Toba's Icing on cookies at home but not in my store. They were gone so fast at home there was never any worry about storing them. Since it has milk in the icing I'm just wondering how they need to be stored. Any suggestions would be more than welcomed.

Thanks and Happy Baking

Bump

My suggestion: I would think it's similar to having egg whites in the icing. It will only last a few days.

Anyone else to knows?

I think the sugar in the icing acts as a preservative, so it can be stored at room temp. I stored the leftover glace in the fridge, but the cookies were at room temp. They were fine for about a week. Hope that helps.
