Anyone have an idea for a scuba diver cake.....customer called me and her son who will be six wants a scuba diver and possibly sharks on the cake.......it doesn't need to be real detailed....but I want to do a good job since this is the first decorated cake they have ordered from me, I make plain cakes for them all the time.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
I have been looking for scuba ideas too. I found this cake onlinehttp://www.justfab.com/listings/products.asp?cat=4&page=5
That is a great website, gorgeous cakes, but did you see some of their prices!!?? Janice
Here's a pretty good one (would work for a bct I think) www.scuba2000.org.uk/ Try%20Scuba_Passport.htm It is on the first page of a Google search for scuba diver. Janice

This is an image I use a lot, it's basic and I can do it all in black like a shadow with other sea life around it. If you're looking for something with more detail go to google and do an image search for scuba diver, SOOOO many choices there!
Hope this helps.

These are great! They want whatever I do to be on a square cake, they asked for like a picture of a scuba diver but I didn't locate any color book pages witha scuba diver on them.....maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Janice, I'm with you, those cakes were fabulous but a bit pricey!
That is a good one with the different colors of divers, it was on that Google (Image, I forgot to say that) search too. I'll be waiting to see your cake, that should look really good! Heh, Heh, I'm saving it too in case I get a chance to make one someday! Janice
That's a great looking cake, Cindy! I know your clients will love it! Love the colors and your diver looks real! Janice
Thank you all, I was a little apprehensive about this cake because all she said was her son wanted a scuba diver and they wanted a square cake......the client was very pleased with it and she said her son would love it.....would have given anything to see his face when he first saw the cake.
