I just got my Agbay cake leveler! I can't wait to use it!

I wanted it to use on wedding cakes for next weekend but i'll get to try it out on this weekends birthday cake.

I've heard nothing but good about it so I figured it was time to bite the bullet and get one.

I'll let you know how I like it.

Debbie

Please do. I bought a Wilton and I just hate that thing.

I read everything I could find on the Agbay on different sites and even e-mailed people that use one. I heard nothing at all bad about it. I even called Maureen at Agbay and spoke to her. She was very sweet and helpful. I had to justify spending the $$$ since this is just a "hobby" to me.

Hi ~ For those of you who do not know what an ''Agbay Leveler'' is or what it looks like, here's a link that shows a clip on how to use it.

I'm thinking of sneaking one on my Christmas list too. Used one for 6 months a few years ago and, after the initial split finger (I'm sure it happens to almost everyone icon_biggrin.gif), I was in love with it. They are just amazing and well worth the money.

Poomagoo... I don't know if it has happened to everyone but it sure happened to me. Now I have a good healthy respect for my Agbay. I know to put the blade cover on as soon as I am done and to pay special attention to how I generally just bound around the kitchen. That said I wouldn't trade it for anything. I LOVE my AGBAY. Best cake tool I've ever had. Even as a hobby baker, it was worth every penny.

You only do it once icon_lol.gif After that, I definitely took my time using it and cleaning it up.
