Hey all,

I tried a cake today at a hotel buffet and it was yum! I'm wondering if anyone might have (or has seen) a recipe for it...
White poppy seed cake (sponge-like) with a nice green lime filling, topped with buttercream. Oh, it was sooo good.

I'm more interested in the actual filling. Has anyone used or made a lime filling for cakes?

thx!
