ok guys icon_surprised.gificon_surprised.gif both of these cakes shifted what the heck i mean i have done nothing different than any other time. My husband seems to think that the humidity here is nc is causeing it its been raining every afternoon here . Oh Well at least these are for a friend and she did not have to pay for them

Do you mean that the cakes started to bulge in the middle? If so, to prevent that, bake the cakes the day before you need to assemble the cake and place them on a flat surface so that the cake can get a chance to settle. The cakes not settling is usually the number one reason why they bulge. Also, it could be that the cake was not totally cooled down when they were assemvled and iced.
