Hi! I just made the MMF from the recipe on the site and it is so YUMMY.
It says that to wrap in seran wrap then put in a plastic sandwich bag. Do I store it at room temp or put in fridge?
And how long will stay good? Was wondering how many days in advance to make it before son's birthday. I am just going to make make little different color balls to use as the borders to his cake (this is my first time).

MMF is really easy to work with and store. Wrap it up good and place in an airtight container, or baggie at room temp. I leave mine in the panty. Keep colored MMF out of the light because it will fade.
When you are ready to use it microwave it for seconds at a time until it is workable. Be careful it gets really hot and sticky. Put crisco on your hands so it doesn't stick.
It lasts for a long time, so you can make it as much in advance as you want to.
