I need to make cheesecake stuffed strawberries for a wedding at the end of July. I am afraid that I won't find any good, large, ripe strawberries by then, so I was hoping I could pick some fresh now and freeze them? Can I do that? Or, can I stuff them and then freeze them? Anyone have any ideas about this?
Thanks in advance!!!

Sorry, no. the thawed berries will be mush. You might offer an alternative of cheesecake bites, if fresh berries are not available.
