HI, I'm looking for people that are legal who can tell me what you do to keep the orders comming in on a regular basis. Does it all just keep comming in with new people all the time from referals or do you feel like it is a constant chore to keep the word out there.
Thanks,

I think the first couple of years is a challenge. You must start out good. Whether you do one cake or ten. You must be consistent, professional and stand by your word. You must be accurate. People do not like to order something only to get the wrong thing or a misspelled name. It only takes a couple of boo-boos to get a reputation. Once you are established then it becomes easier.Word of mouth is your best advertising. I am starting my 7th year at this location. I do no advertising, other than my free listing in the YP. and my business signage. MY repeat customers keep my in business, some of which started with me from the beginning.Good Luck to you.
