I just realized that my wedding cake prices are quite a bit higher than my sheet cake prices. Is that normal? I think I need to fix that.

Wedding cakes usually require more skill and work than sheet cakes. That is why the price is generally higher.

Sheet cakes are usually not as much simply because they do not require all the additional work a wedding cake does. Besides it sort of the nature of the beast, if you know what I mean.
