Just wanted to make sure...is it true that we cannot open a home-based cake and cookie decorating business in the state of Florida ? Is this according to the state or are there different rules for every county/city/town?

I believe that this is very true,I live in Miami fl and if you go online and look up the dept of agriculture you'll see it too.Its sooo sad I know ....But you should look into renting a kitchen from a local church or a small restaurant.Hope this helps
