I posted this earlier, but for some reason it disappeared like magic..

If I add Vanilla Yogurt into Lemon Cake mix, do I add less eggs, ?
or substitute the yogurt for water or oil ? Not sure what to do..

thanks... icon_smile.gif

It might depend on why you added the yogurt. Most likely, you would leave out some of the liquid.

I always add an extra egg and 2 tbsp. of vanilla yogurt or a complementing flavor of yogurt to my cake mix to make it moister. I don't omit anything when I do this. It also add a little more flavor to it. Haven't had a complaint yet, every seems to like the moister, less crumby cake.
