I have plans of making a cake for my dad's birthday/Father's day, and I want to use an edible image that I found that would be perfect. The problem is, he is a strict diabetic and will not eat regular cake or frosting. I have found a good cake recipe, and plan on using either cream cheese frosting (sweetened with Splenda), stabalized whip cream(ditto), or the diabetic icing recipe from this site. Will the image work with any of these recipes?

I think it would work fine with the cream cheese icing,...the consistency is so similar to BC that I thik the transfer will work.

I don't know what the diabetic recipe is, but you can use the images on cream cheese frosting as long as it isn't too wet. You won't want to use it on any kind of whipped cream though.

Remember too that frosting/icing sheets have sugar in them.
