does anyone know of any good, reasonable cake decorating classes in the L.A. area? (besides Gloria's cake & candy supply). i'm looking to learn how to make fondant cakes in particular. thanks.

check michael's, they now offer a fondant/gumpast class. the kit is a little expensive, but the toys are really cool!!!
