This is from a famous Hot Dog Restaurant in Chicago - Portillo's. They have an AWESOME chocolate cake. Does any one know their recipe? I once heard a rumor that the "secret ingredient" was mayonnaise. Anyone ever heard of a similar chocolate cake recipe?

Your welcome! I've never tried it, but my mil has and she says is delicious. I just can't bring myself to eat cake with mayo in it, LOL. I have a very weak tummy, LOL.
