I know this is a long shot, and I am no believer in substitute fake ingredients in my food, but I wonder...does anyone have some good low fat recipes? Like a good recipe that uses applesauce instead of fat, or low sugar, sugar free...that kind of thing?
I saw a picture where edencakes posted a sugar-free carrot cake. That sounds interesting.

You can go to one of the sugar sub sites like splenda and they have tons of recipes. As for applesauce well you can pretty much sub any oil for applesauce just depends on the flavour your working with. But I've even heard of applesauce brownies.
