So sorry about the loss of your husband of so many years. Your belief and faith in God is the greatest thing you have and I know He will see you through for the duration of your healing, and long after that.
Smiled big when reading your crisco story.......of course you must keep decorating! God made sure of that when he blessed you with 40 cans of trans fat crisco after they quit making it!

Secondly, I would recommend you keep decorating when you feel like it, to keep busy. (As another poster said, God blessed you with 40 cans of good Crisco!) But seriously, you will need an outlet, after all the family is gone home.
