Hey Everyone~

I have been asked to make 80 mini cupcakes, 4 different flavors, with whatever decoration I choose. I was thinking about 4 different flowers.

I have never sold mini cup cakes before, so I have no idea what to charge. If anyone can help I would great appreciate it!

I haven't done mini's before but I am thinking about 60-75 cents a piece. With being iced and a flower on each one it will take time. I would suggest making the flowers out of royal ahead of time and making them fairly easy. Maybe daisies and some drop flowers? If you are quick with roses then you could use a tip 101 and make mini roses. Of course rose buds would be quick also.

What flavors are they wanting? If they are specialty flavors then I would make sure to charge on the higher end.

I don't know if I am out of line or not, but I know cupcakes are a lot of work, and I have made mini's for home and they don't go quite as quick as I think they would.

Thank You! That is what I was thinking for the price...I was going to do sunflowers, roses, daisies and drop flowers. The flavors are going to be chocolate, lemon, almond and banana. I will post pictures when I get done.

Thanks again! icon_biggrin.gif
