I'm sure most of you who have made wedding cakes for someone else have dealt with a person like me before. I'm a future bride trying to figure out what to do for a cake. After flipping through magazines, I have decided that I'd like a layered cake with 2 types of cake- chocolate marble and mocha marble- with fondant icing. I would like to add a fruit filling in there just to cut the sugar sweetness a little and give it a zing. I am inclined to do raspberry with the mocha, but raspberry is not the most popular among my future in-laws. Can you think of another filling that would be good with the mocha? Or if you guys think raspberry would be best, what would go well with the chocolate marble besides raspberry??? Any thoughts are appreciated... I have no idea what I am doing!!!
