Downsizing A Picture

Can someone tell me how to downsize a picture so I can upload it to the gallery?

I use the program paint to downsize. hope it helps.

Can't you do that from your picture files on your computer? Right click on the thumbnail, click "Edit" then go in and look at the top tool bar for "Image" choose "stretch/skew and select a number under 100 for both horizontal and vettical, I generally choose 40 or 45, then click "Save As" and type in the title you want and "Save" as a JPG.

My pics don't have an edit option but I figured it out using paint...thanks!!

I had been trying to figure out how to shrink my photos too. I managed to do it just now by following your instruction. Thank you so much Shirley.
