The bakery retailers seem to agree, but not so much the people on this board.
How many servings do you need might be an easier way to determine what size pan you need.

Thank you for your speedy reply. It seems to me, from the links you left about half sheets, it is 12 x 18. Wow, I hate to see how big a "full" sheet is!

Yes, I just had an order for a 1/2 sheet this past weekend. I asked her how many she needed it to serve, and she said I don't know, I just always order 1/2 sheet!
