I am going to make fondant, I think the MMF kind my question is can I color it while I am making it so I don't have to add it after it is made , the only other fondant I have used is the store bought WHite by Wilton (Nasty) and I had to color it and it was so hard to mix the color in. is there another way and what is the best fondant recipe for taste?? Thanks a bunch!!!

Yes - you can add the color to the melted MM if you want the entire batch to be the same color.
