Good morning! I just got a request for a treasure chest cake to serve 15-20 children and have no idea where to start with a price. I would be using cake mix and would probably do it with some candy and treasures peeking out of the cake.
Would anyone be kind enough to give me an idea for a price? I really do appreciate it. I am very new to this and I don't want to undercharge as I've done with the last 2 cakes I've sold icon_smile.gif

Thanks, cindy

I wouldn't go any less than $35-$40 but maybe more...I've never done one so I'm not sure how how involved it is...

I got $70 for my first treasure chest. Now, I offer it for $95. It's 3 halves of a 10x15, stacked plus five 6-inch round halves lined up to make the lid. If I did it correctly, a picture should be in my gallery.
