Here's a link to a recipe on cooks.com using apricot jello, but I'm sure you could modify it for your needs.

I'm not 100 % but I think the Jello would be the same as adding pudding to the mixture. I also thought that you could add peach-flavored brandy if you had it (replacing other liquid). Let me know what you ended up doing. Good Luck!!

Yes, you can add peach flavored jello to your recipe. Save a little of the jello powder and make a sugar syrup and brush over the top.

Kazoot,
Had a peach cake order 2 weeks ago.
I took a yellow cake mix added cut-up peaches
and syrup along with peach extract, milk, oil and
vanilla instant pudding. I added more cut up peaches to the buttercream frosting for filling.
THe pregnant woman loved it!

The Jello will absolutely work. We use Jello to make Lemon and Strawberry cakes at work. The one thing that you have to watch is that for some reason, the Jello has a tendency to make the cake run over if you fill it too full. I would reccomend putting a little less that you normally would in the pan to prevent this. I hope that this helps, let us know how it turns out.

Thanks everyone!!! I ended up using the recipe on the link above. It worked out wonderful. The cake was actually an 11x15 pan and she wanted strawberry and peach marbled. It turned out great!!!! I think I will try some of the other ones. Our youth group at church is having a cake decorating "class" (guess who is teaching??? icon_lol.gif) and then, they are going to sell the cakes after service on Sunday. I always bring extra cakes for them. Anyway, thanks again. Gotta LOVE CC!!!!!!!! thumbs_up.gif
