I read about buttercream icing transfer. I was wondering if I have lots of buttercream icing left and want to use it latter ( month or so) can I just freeze it and then use it again?
I read somewhere that you can make flowers and freeze them and then take them out of the frezzer and place on cake and leave it alone. But can I use the leftover stuff or will ther be to omuch condensation etc to use it?
thanks

No you can freeze leftover buttercream icing. I've done it without any problems. I put it in the fridge to defrost first before put it on the counter to defrost. After the frosting has completely defrosted, just mix it up a little bit in case anything separated, and you are as good as new.
