If I mix buttercream and banana pudding mix for a filling, should I add real banana's to it as well? Would it need to be refridgerated if so?
Do you have an easy banana cream filling recipe???

Hi, could you just mix 1 pt of whipping cream with banana pudding and make banana mousse? I love the chocolate pudding this way. Just a thought.

When I make my banana filling I make a package of instant pudding but put in half the milk and add fresh bananas. This make is rich but creamy and thick enough so it will not run over the dam you pipe in around the edges. Hope this helps!
