What Do I Charge?

I am really unsure about what to charge for my cakes. I'm certainly no professional, but am getting a lot of orders from family, neighbors, friends and friends of friends who have seen and/or eaten my cakes. I have a full time job and a family, so I don't have a lot of spare time for cake decorating; it is certainly something I enjoy, though. My dilemma is, what do I charge? I mostly do sheet cakes. I average spending 3 to 4 hours on any cake I do and that is just decorating time (maybe I'm slow?) Anyway, I don't want people to think I'm ripping them off, but I don't want to cheat myself either. Can someone give me a feel for what they think would be fair pricing? icon_rolleyes.gif

It really depends on your area, but here is a link to my price list if it will help you at all:

I would love to help you, but I don't really do sheet cakes. Here's a bump at least!
