I need an idea for an 18 year old girl. I would like to do a 2 tier cake, and I am sure she will like anything really - I just want it to come out really nice!! Do any of you have any good (and fairly easy - its a busy week for me with 2 small children) ideas? I'd love to hear them!!

Oh yeah, I also meant to add that I want it to be a "fun" cake, nothing to elegant. There will be a lot of her young girl friends there.

I would suggest looking through the galleries, there are a ton of great cakes in there.
