OK how in the world do you get that perfect writing on the cookies? What tip do you use? What's the consistancy of your icing? Mine just keeps spreading out the when its thicker it doesn't flow out nice I just can't figure it out . Some help please.

I use thin consistancy icing (what I would use to frost a cake with) with a tip #2 or #3.
