i am making a cupcake tree for a wedding next week and they requested pound cake, chocolate cake and cheese cake. i have a recipe for chocolate cake, but i need one for poundcake and cheesecake cupcakes.

i've never made a cupcake tree before and i just got the cake mix doctor bbook but i'm not sure which recipes to use. does anyone have ssuggestions for a pound cake and cheese cake recipe that would work well in cupcakes? it doesn't have to be from the book either just looking for one that works.

thanks for the recipe, i'll have to try it. i have three more to do. i ended up using the crusty pound cake recipe from this site and a cheesecake recipe from all recipes.
