You can try Michael's Craft store.. they carry wilton products.

Some Walmart superstores will carry them. Hobby/craft or party supply stores are also a good place to check. There's a Party Depot in Sterling and a craft store called Ben Franklin in Leesburg. There's also a really good cake decorating supply shop in Fairfax called Fran's.

I just noticed my Kroger's has a small selection of cake decorating supplies. It's where they have other housewares that they started selling recently.
