I am new at this whole forum thing and was wondering if anyone would beable to tell me if they have a method for cutting a recipe in half or fourths so that i wouldn't have to make the whole thing if i have to make a smaller size pan.

Welcome. You can divide a recipe, just fraction each of the ingredient amounts. Keep in mind that dividing a recipe with 3 eggs in half might not be so fun. icon_smile.gif

I've never really divided recipes, though. Most are usually for 2 8 or 9 inch pans, so it works out.

Good luck!!!
