Hello Everyone.

I'm fairly new to the decorating world and rely on this website alot for questions, ideas and support. I'm not yet well established as far as recipes and in need of a special one for my sister.
She is a diabetic and I feel bad everytime I make a cake and she can't eat it. Does anyone have any favorite diabetic recipes for frosting a cake that are sugar free or diabetic friendly?

Also, it would be nice to be able to decorate with it as well.

There is a diabetic icing listed here under "recipes". I have used it and it is wonderful! It's a cream cheese icing. No sugar, but definitely not calorie-free! Also, I have purchased diabetic cake mixes at Kroger - Traci told me about them. It is a snack-cake sized mix, and you just add water. Not real tasty when a person is used to real cake, but I'm sure your sister will be very happy with it!
