I have an order for a 13 year old boy who will be having brain surgery to remove some things that have grown (not tumors) not really sure what, but I am just at lost for what to do as a cooke bouquet for him.I haven't talked to his mom yet about his likes. Should I do a get well soon bouquet or just do a bouquet of things he likes. This one has me stumped. I love cookies!!! icon_smile.gif Cakes are good too, but cookies are fun for me!

We need a Cookie Central.........LOL

I would do things kids like colorful, balls toys, his name, make things bright, not miserable......Just look at the kids cakes for boys and get ideas cars, dinosaurs, things he can enjoy admiring.......Every one is going to bring in get well soon. Make them happy. Even if it is cookies with all funny faces. Good luck. Poor kid lets hope he gets well soon.

I like LeeAnn's idea...also maybe in the middle of everything, use a circle cutter and make his face with a band-aid on this head (kind of angled) with a smile on his face. Kids love seeing themselves (smiling too).

Spiders, favorite animal, etc.

Good luck

That is cute!
I was asked if I could do Kiss T-shirts and smiley faces....I think I could easily do that or maybe it was ac/dc I was thinking of doing a cookie kabob type thing and make it look like the smiley face is wearing the shirt.....who knows what I will come up with. It is due in a week and i have been thinking about it all this week. We shall see what comes of it!

A cookie kabob!! What a great idea!! You would need a really long, sturdy stick and a really heavy base. Make sure you post em if that works!! icon_lol.gif

IF! I hope it does work! You think I should try to like just do black shirts or make them all different colors with Kiss wrote on them he also likes AC/DC

Oh I am just so in love with making cookies..............

That would be perfect, and really not that many different colors. Maybe one or two of each AC/DC and Kiss. You could put a Gene Simmons tongue on the Kiss smiley face. HA HA. icon_razz.gif
