Light Icing? Does Anyone Know What This Is?

I remember getting cakes from kroger bakery before I started deorating and asking for the light icing. Does anyone know what that is? I remember it tasting really good. I would love to try it out on my cakes.

Maybe, I am not sure. Is there a recipe that calls for cool whip? I was always told although I am not sure if this is factual or not that the icing had cool whip in it?
