I was asked if I could find a recipe for doctoring a cake mix that is dairy free.

I am probably looking in all of the wrong places, but I am also on a lot of allergy medicine right now!

Does anyone know one?

I'm in charge of my sister's vegan wedding cake (no eggs or dairy) and whenever I come across milk in a recipe, I substitute original soymilk. It works pretty well and tastes about the same.
