I am trying to find out all the equipment and supplies I would need to open a cake bakery. Like oven, microwave, display cases, freezers, etc.
I am trying to get an idea on what all I need to set up a bakery plus all the items I would need to open one like tips, stands, flour, etc. Does anyone have a list or know of a website that might point me in the right direction? I have been searching and am having no luck. Thank you.

Try this website:

http://www.bakingbusiness.com/info/bakery_wholesale_supply.htm

I didn't read thru it but it might have some info.

Is this going to be a store front or from your home??

You need to contact the dept. of ag. and they can help you with requirements.

as for the supplies.....you should find a resturant supply store. there are quite a few online and from my recent experience....they are much cheaper than the local stores in my area. Plus most of them have FREE shipping!!

If you any more questions, you can PM if you want. I'm in the process of doing the same thing....but mine will be a kitchen attached to my house. I've done ALOT of research and I'm attempting to write my business plan right now. So I may be able to help with a bit!!
