Need Help With Batter Measurements....

I have to make a 12x18 2 inch deep cake next weekend and I have no idea how many cake mixes I will need. Im usingBetty Crocker white cake mix and I also add a box of instant pudding with each cake mix. The pan says 14 cups of batter, but I like to overfill just a bit...
You think one of the millions of times I made a cake I would have took note of how many cups of batter one cake mix yeilds 
Please save me from the dreaded late night trip to the store!

I have one in the oven right now...3 boxes. It still domes over the top a little.
