if you are able to get some, Wilton makes a very small qty of colours that Michael's sells closer to their chocolate section.
Hobby Lobby carries (candy maker I think it is called) more of a line for chocolate colouring and they are sold in 4 packs that are primary and pastel in colour.
Water ruins any chocolate good or bad so you must use an oil based colour. Other than that you will have to mix a red with some blue to achieve the burgundy colour you are looking for.
I am not sure which store or chain you might have, I am sure AC Moore of Ben Franklins would carry these as well.
Good luck Claire
I don't have a hobby lobby in my area, just michael's and ac moore. I already checked Michael's; they have candy colors, just not burgandy. I wonder if I should try to mix the red and blue until I get a color.
