HI all!

I am so excited. I got to go and work with Bronwen Weber today. She was working on the display cake for this summers ICES convention. Talk about cool. I spoke with her earlier this week and she invited me to help if I wanted to. DUH! OF COURSE. What a fun day for me. This cake will be HUGE. It is going to be 6 tiers. Two stacked at a time and then a tier with two more stacked etc. It will be 14 feet tall when done.

Just wanted to share. I am just still so excited.

Wow!! I am very jealous. I would love to just go and observe her for a day. She is so creative and talented. I love watching her on the cake competitions. Congratulations!!

Wasn't it Oprah who was looking for the best cake baker or decorator? I couldn't remember Browen's name. But thought of her in relation to this quest by Oprah. Maybe you could mention this to her. How lucky you are. She is very, very, talented.
