I will be making a cake that I want the top to look like the sky with clouds. I have the wilton book and got the idea from there. Has anyone done this technique before? If so, any tips or tricks?

Thanks. icon_smile.gif

I've used the color mist for sky and grass. Not sure how the "clouds" effect is done. Do you have white too? Or just trying for the blue patchy sky? The latter is usually what I get.

What I do for the sky is take a paper towel and tear it to give it the "jagged" edge and lay it on my cake then spray - this gives me the sky/cloud effect. Good Luck!!
