So my Epson CX4800 Has been a TOTAL disaster. It prints HORRIBLE icon_cry.gif . I installed ink cartridges and it prints in lines! I keep trying to clean the head as per instuction manual and nothing works !! Even looks very red tinted. Did the test print...Well I GIVE UP! Any help out there???? My DH is going to flip after we spent the $$$$ for ink and this printer. Everyone LISTEN to Lisa and Buy a canon!!!!! icon_mad.gificon_redface.gif

I'm sorry icon_sad.gif Try removing the cartridges and shaking them over paper towels. Since you just installed the cartridges (is that right?), you may just need to help the ink get flowing.

Don't know about the edible images; but they should still print the same. My favorite printers are Epson; they always print the best pictures. icon_confused.gif

Make sure that your print quality is set at photo. Lines generally show up when your print quality is set lower.
