Caramel Filling Recipe... Can't Find It!

I know I saw a recipe for a caramel filling here some where. I've the urge to make an espresso chocolate cake with caramel filling. Can someone point me to the recipe?

I just went through the list yesterday, looking for the same thing, and the title caramel filling was not there. Then I looked under dulce de leche, but that did not appear either.

There are plenty of caramel frosting recipes, but that is not what I am looking for.

If anyone has a caramel filling recipe out there, please send it. Thanks!
