My 7 yo niece asked for a laptop for her birthday because her sister that is graduating high school got one for graduation. Since her b-day is coming up I would love to make her a laptop cookie. I don't know where to start.

What kind of pan can I use for the cookie? Can I just use a regular cookie sheet since I want it squared? Does anyone have a favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe?

Thanks,
Cecilia

You could just use the Toll House recipe and use it as the bar recipe....yes, I would just use a cookie pan, one that's raised, obviously. That would be your top and bottom already done!
