What is the best brand to use for icing colors, right now im using Wilton, and im not that impressed. Its very difficult to get any color other than pastel colors. What kind do you use, and whats the easiet way to color black, and gold? Please Help me! Thank you!

I like americolor. There super red and superblack come out great, just start with chocolate icing first to get a real true deep color.

I have only used Wilton colors and haven't had any problems, well, except for the red, but I think that it is difficult no matter what you use.
