I'm just curious - let's say you have three wedding cakes to deliver on the same day - how you do it? Do you need to have your brides booked two hours apart or something?

I've read somewhere that several cake decorators usually get 3 to 6 wedding cakes on each Saturday and it makes me wonder how do they find a time to deliver the cakes at each site?? dunce.gif

Oh, it can be done. You have it right that everything must be very carefully scheduled and well organized, but it isn't an uncommon thing to have happen!

Have reliable back-up. Teach your husband or someone to handle setting up a cake. As long as they don't have to add borders it isn't that hard. My husband helps with this kind of thing all the time.
